PIE SCHOOL

We are now offering a series of pie making classes each focused on a specific area of pie making skills. The classes are stand alone and can be taken in any order. Our initial schedule includes 4 classes: Pie Dough, Pastry Creams, Custards, and Chess Pies. We will be adding more classes seasonally.

Classes will be held on Sundays in the hallowed hall of dear ol' HMPS at 1618 Chicago Avenue.

Each class is scheduled for multiple dates.  See class descriptions & dates by following the EventBrite links below. There you will also be able to register and pay for classes.
