House made chocolate cookie crumb shell filled with dark chocolate ganache and a mountain of fresh mint pastry cream with a chocolate crumb and white chocolate garnish.

Filling ingredients:  Mint leaves, chocolate, cream, milk, gelatin, sugar, cornstarch, eggs, butter, white chocolate, vanilla, salt, green food coloring.

Crust ingredients:  Flour, sugar, cocoa powder, butter, salt, baking soda, milk, vanilla paste
