Lemon Meringue Pie

Tart lemon curd topped with a billowy cloud of creamy Swiss meringue. The bottom crust is brushed with a thin layer of white chocolate.


Filling ingredients: Lemon juice, leaf gelatin, butter, sugar, egg yolks. White Chocolate.

Crust ingredients:  Flour, sugar, salt, butter, water, red wine vinegar

Allergens: Eggs, gelatin.

Care: This pie must be refrigerated.

This is an old fashioned lemon meringue pie that is tart and extra lemony. Some youngin's find it too tart.
